Green Beauty Black Friday Shopping Guide – Eye Make Up

Happy week of Thanksgiving!
As promised I am back with a post about the best of the best all natural eye make up that I have tried in green beauty.

Class of 2021BS Business Administration (1)Eye Primer

Au Naturale’s Completely Covered Creme Concealer

I love this product as a concealer and it also makes an awesome eye shadow primer. I went into more detail in my Green Beauty Suggestions For Black Friday – The Face post from yesterday.

Eye Shadow

Root Pretty’s Pressed and Loose Shadows. These are pigmented, blend out beautifully, are reasonably priced, and Root offers an amazing selection of colors.

See this post for more details on some of Root’s pressed shades 🙂

I wanted to share a little bit more about the loose shadow ‘Georgia’. I have been loving using this color for the chilly winter weather. It is such a gorgeous icy pink.

Mother Bears Handmade pressed eye shadows. This is a shop on Etsy. I have had many conversations with the owner and creator of the shop, Angelica Telles, and she has always been lovely and offers amazing customer service. Like Root’s pressed shadows, Mother Bears’ are also pigmented, gorgeous when blended, and affordable.

Both of these shadows also deliver color that lasts and looks beautiful all day.

Eye Liner

Honeybee Gardens Effortless Eye Liner. These are pencil liners that are very easy to apply and that have color pay off that stays vibrant all day.

Root Pretty’s 100% Line Liquid Eyeliner.

I love the brush on this product, it has the perfect amount of bend to it. The product also goes on super black and keeps its color intensity for about nine hours.

Mascara

Root’s 100% Lash Natural & Organic Mascara. This mascara adds amazing volume and length to the lashes. I actually think that it gives the lashes a bit of a ‘falsies’ effect. The formula of this mascara is also very gentle on the eyes and hardly ever clumps.

I don’t currently have this next mascara to share a photo of but Pacifica’s Stellar Gaze Length & Strength Mineral Mascara is another great option. I seriously felt like my eyelashes became twice as thick and long when I started using this mascara. It also lifts, volumizes, and lengthens the lashes just like the Root mascara does.

Lastly, Some Brow Products

Root Pretty’s Natural Brow Powder Pan. I have mine in the shade ‘Deep Brown’. This shade is the perfect cool toned brown.

I think that this shade would compliment a wide range of hair colors and complexions. The formula of this brow power is also spot on. I haven’t noticed any fall out from this powder, the color is buildable, and the color lasts all day.

100% Pure’s Long Last Brows in the shade ‘Taupe’. This product is a brow pomade.

This shade is also very cool toned, which I personally love in a brow product. This products gives the brows a really soft and natural look while still defining them. The formula also glides on super smooth.

The thing that I love about both of these brow products is that they leave my eyebrows defined but they never leave my brows looking like they have been drawn on. They also keep their color intensity all day which is something that I have had a hard time finding in natural brow products.

I haven’t found a natural brow pencil that I like better than the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Pencil or the infamous Brow Wiz (honestly, I don’t think the ingredients in the brow wiz are that bad), but I like the natural pomade and powder listed above much better than I ever liked Anastasia’s Brow Powder or Anastasia’s Dip Brow Pomade. I found Root’s Brow Powder to be much more buildable than the Anastasia Beverly Hills one and I found 100% Pure’s version of a brow pomade to have a much smoother and buildable formula than the Anastasia Beverly Hills one.

Thanks for reading!♥

I hope that this post and my last post have been helpful and I will be back shortly with my best of the best all natural lippies post.

  1. Those eye shadows are soooo pigmented and beautiful! I love Root pretty. I have their makeups and haven’t really worn them much cos i’m not too big into makeup 🙁

    1. I think they’re eye shadows are the best that I have tried, as far as natural make up goes. They’re such a great brand 🙂 Have you snagged any of their other items?
