I’ve gotten really into Eminence Organic Skin Care products recently. I was lucky enough to get some samples from a local spa in my area and am excited to review them!

Last time I was at my local spa my esthetician recommended Eminence’s Clear Skin Probiotic Cleanser.

Being that I just recently ran out of my cleanser, I was excited to to give it a try! Many studies have shown that topical probiotic application can improve acne. The good probiotic bacteria acts as a barrier against acne causing bacteria.

I obviously was only able to get a few uses out of this sample but wanted to share some things that I noticed when I used it, a little bit about the potential benefits of the cleanser’s ingredients, and a little bit about Eminence as a brand.

 

First off this cleanser smells amazing. I found myself wondering if Eminence made a body wash with a similar scent. And, for the sake of giving a second opinion, my boyfriend also loved the scent of this cleanser.

I was also super happy to notice that this cleanser left my skin feeling supple, plump, and not tight or dried out. Not only does this make for a more pleasant use of a cleanser, but it also suggests that it is most likely pH balanced which is essential for keeping the skin happy.

In addition to potentially offering acne fighting benefits from the application of topical probiotics, this cleanser also has a few other star ingredients and potential benefits.

A few other ingredients in this cleanser that I love are calendula (for its healing and repairing abilities), salicylic acid (for its pore clarifying effects), and CoQ10 (for its smoothing and brightening effects).

The statistics mentioned in the photo above also stuck out to me. Again, since I just had a sample size of this cleanser, I can’t say whether or not I necessarily experienced less acne or a reduction in scars while using this cleanser, but I was impressed by these numbers.

Eminence is a performance organic skincare brand that has truly stood the test of time. I learned about the brand about 6 months ago and, after 3 years of researching and learning about natural and organic skincare, I have to say that I haven’t seen a brand quite like Eminence yet.

Eminence utilizes natural plant based ingredients to heal and brighten the skin but also brings in more ‘performance’ like and results driven ingredients like ascorbic acid (a bio-identical form of vitamin C), CoQ10 (clinically proven to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and texture), and many more.
