Lumina, Dolce, & Rosegold Highlighters By Alima Pure

I’ve always admired Alima Pure for having good products made of natural ingredien that will work withevery skin type and skin tone.

Alima Pure’s loose powder highlighters are no exception due to their versatility and quality. These highlighters are super user friendly, can be applied subtly or dramatically, and the shades are gorgeous and versatile.

Lumina looks beautiful on fair to light skin tones. It’s on the pink and frosty side but isn’t overwhelming in that sense. It’s gorgeous dusted on the cheekbones and also when applied like a shadow under the brow bone, on the inner corner of the eye, or on the lids.

Dolce is beautiful gold shade that is ideal for light-medium skin tones. My skin tone is in the fair to light range and I often feel that it is a touch too yellow for me. If you really love the shade and you are in the fair to light skin tone range, you could probably make it work however. Overall though, I prefer to reserve Dolce for light-medium skin tones.

Lastly I have the Rosegold highlighter to chat about. I honestly haven’t found this to work well on my fair skin and haven’t had a chance to play with this on warmer or darker skin tones; but, I will say that it is the epitome of the perfect rosegold shade, and is truly not too brassy or yellow.

Alima Pure also carries two other shades, Luna and Whisper.

On Alima Pure’s website Luna is described as a “Glowing yellow-gold that flatters most light skin tones, especially with warm undertones”, and Whisper is described as  “Glowing pink for fair to light skin with cool or neutral undertones”. I haven’t seen either of these in person myself, but they also sound lovely.
