So of all things beauty related, painting my nails is probably the thing that I am worst at. I still like some color on my nails though every once in a while and don’t regularly go and get them done.
Last Friday I painted my nails with the 100% Pure Nail Polish in the shade Deep Sea. (This color actually isn’t available anymore but this shade and this shade are very similar!) Two days ago I noticed that my nails were still looking quite good and that the polish had hardly even chipped. I decided to wait to evaluate until today so that I could show how well the polish held up after a solid week and the results are good.
There is minimal chipping; but all and all I am still feeling that little kick of being a little extra put together from having my nails done. I’m pretty impressed because usually after a week of wear my nail polish is looking pretty sloppy and making me feel the opposite of ‘put together’.
A couple of other things I love about this nail polish formula ♦
- It’s 10 free. This means that it is free of 10 of the most toxic ingredients in conventional nail polish. 100% Pure’s website states that it is free of formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, camphor, formaldehyde resin, xylene, parabens, fragrances, and phthalates to name a few.
- Cruelty free
- Drys quickly
- Spreads over the nail easily
- Looks great with two coats but also looks fine with just one coat of paint
- $12 a bottle! Not the least expensive but comparable in price to OPI and other conventional brands of nail polish
My only complaint about this polish formula is that it is just a little too thin. With that being said though, I would rather have a polish formula that is too thin than to thick – & like I said before, it is still super easy to use!
Had to share my little review over this product because a less toxic beauty product that performs well and is under $20 is always worth sharing in my opinion ♥

Hi Pasige. I’m so excited to learn about this nail polish. I’m allergic to resins and haven’t been able to wear polish for years. I want to order this polish! Can you please send me a link to their website to order? Love, Jervae
